All of our products are inspected before being shipped to ensure the products being sent to you are in there best condition. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note, Love Dazed does not give refunds for change of mind purchases. All items returned will be exchanged for a new product. Please follow the care instructions on the tag to prolong the life of your garment. We are not responsible for items that are washed incorrectly. We only accept returns for items that are unused and unwashed. We do not take responsibility for items damaged during shipping.

When returning goods, please enclose:
1. Your goods for return, including packaging.
2. A pre-paid postage bag pre-filled with return address information and contact details.
